MINISTRIES DEVELOPMENT TEAM
The function of Ministries Development Team is to increase the ministry involvement for volunteers, i.e., congregants, current members, new members, etc., by connecting them to areas of service that match their interests, passions and spiritual gifts.
The Ministries Development Team also seeks to develop leadership training and ongoing development tracks for ministry leaders.
Finally, the Ministries Development Team oversees the birth and development of new ministries.
Ministries Development consists of First Serve Opportunities, Leadership Development and New Ministries.
