POETRY FOR THE SOUL
The Poetry Team ministers the last Friday of each month through "Poetry For The Soul".
Poetry in the purest sense is multi-dimensional and interactive. Whenever poetic expression is performed, one not only experiences the performance, but actually becomes part of the performance. Both performer and audience experience the crisis, the pain, the laughter, the joy and the exaltation of life vicariously.
It is the goal of Poetry for the Soul to provide every believer with that interactive experience, and to proclaim the Kingdom of God not only at church, but in parks, schools, prisons, nursing homes, and wherever God opens the door.
Adults and students are welcome to become involved in Poetry for the Soul. Previous experience is not required, just a willing heart, a teachable spirit and a desire to use your talents to the glory of God.
